Muscular Exercise and the Reactions of the Whole Body

Abstract: Sports medicine has only recently recognized the immunological associated reactions to increased bodily activity. It is particularly the acute effects of bodily activity an the cellular and humoral factors of the specific immunological system that are investigated in the present study. The results show that via the immunological parameters an objective connection can be shown between physical powers, condition of training, and well-being.
