Regulationsthermographische Erstdiagnostik des Unterbauchs mit klinischer (intraoperativer) Befunderhebung

Abstract: At four cases as example it is shown how important the regulation thermography is in case of complaints that are not quite clear. In that only complaints of the lower abdomen are described that are not clear. Fast clarification is possible by means of the regulation thermogram. Thus, the diagnoses of appendicitis with excrementitious calculus, acute appendicitis, salpingitis tuberculosa and aortal aneurysm infrarenalis turn out intraoperatively. Significant disorders of the regulation in the right lower abdomen can be demonstrated by regulation thermography.
