Vorstellung einer BFD-Testmethode für das Immunsystem

Abstract: After basic remarks about the "system character" of the immunological system (IMS), its single components as well as their interaction with the help of activators are presented. Their main organic components as well as their interaction with the different monokines and lymphokines are discussed as far as they are available as test substances.The quantitative aspect of the test results, which can be recognized by the "resonance" in the case of a certain decimal power is discussed and its basic informative importance for diagnostic conclusions is pointed out. The result is an individual "status praesens" during the first test course. This already shows the main weak points.As BFD regards the functional behaviour of single components towards a standardized, adequate stimulus as a very important focus of statement, an antigenic stimulus is used in a second test course in order to accomplish this. The testing of a special load of the IMS by the test stamp "Multitest Merieux", which contains seven antigens (5 germs and two fungi) is used.From a group of patients the initial values as well as the percentage of change in both directions under antigen load are presented.Also other nosodes which come into consideration from a causal pathogenic point of view, when for example viral loads or loads by heavy metals are present, can be included in the test if this is necessary. These can be for example the nosodes "Herpes zoster" and above all "Coxsacki B4" in a low power as well as "Aqua pluvia" and/or "Aqua r500" as a radioactive load.The decisive weak point in the immunological system which became obvious and which manifeste itself in a slippin off of certain initial values to more pathological areas is now a starting point for the procedure, to purposefully test different therapeutic agents in their neutralizing effect in another test course, while the antigen stimulus remains the same, with respect to the weak point in the immunological system which has become obvious. This means, one looks for antidotes which neutralize the load or for substances for immunostimulation. As therapeutic agents of choice in the case of an individual disease those have to be considered, which are able to convert the test values, which have decreased into a pathological region during an exercise test, i. e. the critical weak points in the immunological system into standard values.That this can be done is shown with the help of two examples. The focus of this article is first of all the method and its evaluation. Mainly therapeutic points of view have to be treated in another article.
