Abstract: Conceptional thinking plays a very important role in medicine. lt is necessary to order facts and to understand one's own acting. But the 'biocybernetical model', which has been suggested as a 'leading model' of a new holistic medicine by different authors recently, doesn't satisfy neither the theoretical nor the practical requests. This is explained critically. An own alternative model is mentioned sketchy.
