Asthmoide Bronchitis bei Kindern

Abstract: Based an a brief case the right resp. wrong procedure in the homoeopathic treatment of the asthma bronchiale and the asthmoid bronchitis, respectively, is discussed. In this, the subdivision into A) therapy of the acute attack and B) treatment of the vital basic disorder seems to be most appropriate. However, the situation of the individual patient must always be considered.Sodium sulfuricum is presented as most important drug against the sycotic-allergic asthma in infancy.For the acute treatment "fear drugs" as aconite, belladonna, stramonium and arsenic further ipecacuanha, sambucus nigra, cuprum metallicum and dulcamara are indicated. They are briefly described. As an example for the treatment of the vital basic disorder the suppression of rashes as the frequent cause of the asthma bronchiale is mentioned from the great variety of the therapeutical approaches. From the group of the homoeopathic drugs which proved true against such rashes pulsatilla and sulphur are described in more detail an the basis of a casuistry.
