Organserum Lunge bei chronisch obstruktiven LungenerkrankungenErgebnisse einer randomisierten, multizentrischen Doppelblindstudie

Abstract: In a randomized, multicentral doubleblind study efficacy and tolerance of Organserum Lunge was tested on 22 patients, suffering from light or moderate chronic obstructive lung diseases. In a control group 24 patients were treated with an acidum-formicicum-solution D6. At the end of the trial, 6 patients from the verum group were without complaints, but none from the control group. By means of spirographic examinations improvement of lung function by serum therapy could be proved. Therapy success is also reflected in the global assessment of efficacy, which, 6 weeks after the end of therapy, was significantly better in the verum group than in the placebo group. As side-effects there were, above all, local irritations. Tolerance of therapy with Organserum Lunge was rated as "very good" in more than 80 percent of the cases.
