Abstract: Immunmodulation becomes more and more important from the therapeutical point of view for the whole field of medicine. There has been a trial with 11 healthy test subjects, using a preparation extracted from bacteria for a percutaneous application. The results show different reactions on the cellular reactivity of the immunological system after an application of a preparation extracted from bacteria of staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus pneumoniae.
