Abstract: Proceed from the hypothesis, that the etiology of the Polyarthritis is a genetic determined wrong answer of the immunsystem on a persistent infection, where autoaggressive antibody-complexes are developed, which mobilize the proteolytic enzyme-systems and bring over the view of a serous inflammation of the bradytrophic tissues.The therapy has influence on the stimulation of new competent antibody-complexes.It is the counter-sensitization.Furthermore the fragments of the antibody-complexes are used to block up the Hapten against the complement.Utilized are organ-specific xenogenous cell-extracts, free of cell-membranes and nucleus, the biological response modifiers.They stimulate the metabolism of degenerated cells by influencing repairmechanisms.There are no side-effects, because the subcutaneous injections will be given tolerogenic. These are experiences of more than 30 years.Based on such a multi-tracked therapy, the progression of polyarthritis can be prevented and the inflammations fade away. The patients get moveable again and painless. The rheumatic relapses of polyarthritis get rarely or come to a stop.
