Therapeutische Möglichkeiten zur Verwertung von autologem Tumorgewebe

Abstract: A new procedure has been developed which avails itself of the autologous immunocompetent cells of the tumour patient in vitro. This procedure is defined as tumour identification training for autologous immunocompetent cells in vitro (TITAI). The basis for this therapy is the procedure of the cell biology. In the First step single tumour cells from the tumour tissue are cultivated, multiplied and eventually cloned. In the second step these tumour cell cultures are incubated with the autologous immunocytes. In this phase of cell division of the tumour cells the immunocytes identify the tumour cells. The immunocytes charged with specific immunological anti-tumour knowledge serve as therapeutic and that either re-injected as living cells or as auto-immunooncolysate. Since these are only substances derived from the own body three advantages with regard to the therapy are prevailing:1. no allergic reactions, avoiding toxic reactions; 2. inducing the body to form immune mediators (interferons and interleukins);3. purposeful and tumour-specific immune stimulation.The procedure is applicable for any form of tumours.
