The Role of Glutathione in Anti -cancerogenesis

Abstract: Many cases of cancer are caused by primary or secondary chemical cancerogenesis; they might possibly be avoided with an intact glutathione system. On account of growing environmental pollution the glutathione system is being strained and damaged over its biosynthetic capacity. Important redox regulations break down, which in return can induce oncogenesis. Reductive levels at molecular oxygen lead to activated oxygen levels, which could destroy the cellular and molecular system.
