Abstract: Cases of food intolerance have become quite common. They must be subdivided into allergies and cases of genuine intolerance. The regulation thermogram supplies distinct and reliable pointers to both incidences of intolerance (albumen or proteins; carbohydrates) and genuine allergy. In chronic disease of unknown aetiology, food intolerance must always be considered. Since thermography involves no risk to the patient, it is the diagnostic procedere of choice and should be made use of more often.
