Natriumpangamat bei zerebraler und koronarer MangeldurchblutungErgebnisse einer Anwendungsbeobachtung

Abstract: In a study with 535 patients of both sexes (at 128 centres) the OYO° dragees for oxygen uptake were investigated with respect to their effect in case of diseases with insufficient cerebral and coronary perfusion. As already in other investigations here too the improvement of the subjective symptoms could be confirmed that are due to a cerebral and coronary oxygen deficiency or to reduced oxygen utilization. The compatibility of the preparation was excellent, the rate of undesirable side-effects amounted to 1,5% (n = 8).
