Veränderung der Zellmembranresorption durch Mistellektine als Basisreaktion einer Abwehrsteigerung |
Abstract: The immunmodulatory effect of the extract of mistletoe is based on lectin-I. The effects of lectins are important transmissions of signals at the cell-membranes and in the centre of the cells. The B-chain of the mistle-lectins not only mobilizes the flow of calcium-ions (increase of 20 to 25 % in case of experiments on animals) but also increases the process of absorption at the cell-membranes for different ingredients of the cell-metabolism (vitamines, minerals, trace elements, fatty acids, amino acids). Furthermore the consumption of ingredients significantly increases by the use of mistle-lectins.An increased absorption of these ingredients into the cells changes the cellmilieu and leads to an increase of the metabolism and thereby to mechanisms of cell- and cell-membrane-reparation. A reinforcement of the metabolism by supplementation of ingredients according to the individually extended need is condition for each increase of the defensive efficiency.The cell-milieu and the individual need of ingredients will be determined by qualitative and quantitative analyses of the profile of ingredients in the red blood corpuscles as well as in the serum.A individual counteraction of an exhaustion of the defensive system by the permanent fight against the cancer-cells as well as by the stimulation of the metabolism with mistle-lectins is possible by optimizing the cell-milieu by a calculative compensation of the additional need of cell-ingredients with the help of the cellmilieu-medicine.With the help of standardized mistle-lectins we found a biological way to start up an increase of defense against tumor-cells and extended mechanisms of cell-reparations on abroad base via the increase of the procedures of absorption. The extended defense can be proved via an increase of the cytokines, TNF-alpha, natural killercells, LGL-leucocytes, T-helpercells and neutrophile granulocytes.
