Das ewig Innere der "black box" - oder : Über das biologistische Selbstmißverständnis in der Homöopathie

Abstract: Attemps to explain the effectiveness of homoeopathic drugs basing on proof of active substances are criticized in general, starting from the obstinateful discussion about homoeopathic therapy within the medical profession. Homoeopathic history is compared with the history of contemporary phenomenon in medicine: hypnosis, which due toa physicalistic an spiritualistic interpretation, had lost its scientific credibility for decades. The inability of the medical profession to invenstigate in a less reductionistic manner the forces of homoeopathic healing is explained due to the dogmatic separation of body and soul. reflecting the physician-patient-relationship in a case history, a hypothetic position is given that opens the possibility to understand more appropriately the phenomena of homoeopathic therapy.
