Abstract: The influence of individual ergometer training, followed by an active movement cure in a low mountain range, an blood pressure,, heart rate and peripheral hemodynamics (xenon- 133 muscular clearance) as well as left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in patients after heart transplantation (HTPL) is reported. Whereas with regular ergometric stress (three times a week) following HTPL, no significant changes in blood pressure and heart rate (rest and stress) or xenon-133 muscular clearance half-life could be demonstrated the cure showed significant changes in blood pressure, heart rate, peripheral micro circulation and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).Attention is drawn to the development of the risk factor hypertension following HTPL as well as registration of quite important parameters of the pumping action of the heart such as LVEF and the right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF) and the ergometrically registered Performance for monitoring physical conditioning.
