Abstract: Dr. med. R. Wander Coschütz Zusammenfassung Die Schwindelsymptomatik entsteht bei einer Impulsdiskrepanz von rechts zu links vom Gleichgewichtsorgan der Augenkontrolle und der Propriozeption der Wirbelsäule. Die Untersuchungen nach Hautant de Kleyne und die Lagerungsprobe werden als Diagnostikprogramm besprochen. Die neuraltherapeutische Einflußnahme wird dargestellt über Reflexleitungen. Die Störfeldausschaltung hilft Blockierungen der Halswirbelsäule zu lösen die folgende Chirotherapie wird erleichtert und Rezidive werden verhindert. Summary The symptomatology of dizziness occurs with an impulse discrepance from right to left of the organ of equilibrium with the eye control and the proprioception of the vertebral column. The examinations according to Hautant de Kleyne and the trial of positioning are discussed as programme for diagnosis. The neural therapeutical influence is described through reflex transmission. The elimination of disturbing fields helps to remove blocks of the cervical vertebral column the following chirotherapy is facilitated and recidivations are inhibited.
