Abstract: Dr. med. dent. J. Uhlmann Düsseldorf Zusammenfassung Von einem optimierten Behandlungsgang erhofft man sich einen entsprechenden Therapieerfolg. Jedoch zeigt die Praxis leider oftmals das Gegenteil. Die Postulate der Regulationspathologie tragen immer mehr dazu bei daß in der Medizin der notwendige Paradigmawechsel vollzogen wird. Die dynamisch-kybernetische Betrachtungsweise der Lebensvorgänge protegiert dabei die regulativen Funktionsabläufe im Organismus. Therapieversager sind daher als Regulationsblockaden zu definieren. Beurteilung der Regulation kann nur durch eine Regulationsdiagnostik erfolgen. Die diagnostizierte Dysregulation ist nur durch Regulationstherapie zu sanieren. Die Regulationsthermographie (Rost) dokumentiert den Regulationszustand des Patienten. Sie ermöglicht dadurch eine kausale Therapie unter Zugrundelegung der individuellen Regulationsform. Besondere Bedeutung erlangt dabei die Lokalisation und Dimension der Regulationsblockaden. Summary From an optimized course of the treatment one hopes for a respective success of the therapy. However unfortunately the practice often shows the opposite. The postulates of the regulation pathology more and more contribute that there are the necessary changes of paradigm in medicine. In this the dynamic-cybernetic way of looking at the vital processes favours the regulatory functions of the organism. Thus failures of the therapy have to be defined as blocks of the regulation. Evaluation of the regulation can only be by diagnosis of the regulation. The diagnosed dysregulation can only be repaired by regulation therapy. The regulation thermography (Rost) documents the regulatory state of the patient. Thus it makes a causal therapy possible on the basis of the individual form of regulation.
