Immunmodulation durch Schwermetallbelastungen

Abstract: Dr. med. F. Perger Wien Zusammenfassung Unter Schwermetallbelastungen versteht man Depots toxischer Schwermetalle in verschiedenen Organen die zwar noch keine spezifischen Intoxikationssymptome auslösen aber Störungen im Grundsystem nach Pischinger und in den spezifischen Immunfunktionen auslösen. Neben der Blockierung der Grundfunktionen durch Phagozytose durch Fibrozyten wirken die Schwermetalle als Enzymgifte im Abwehrbereich durch Inhibition der RNA-Polymerasen. Dadurch wird z. T. die Synthese von IgG gehemmt z. T. entstehen pathologische Immunglobuline. Die Schwermetallbelastungen sind meist mit Spurenelementmangel kombiniert - es ist daher oft schwer zu entscheiden welcher Faktor bei den Störungen die Hauptursache ist: der Mangel an Spurenelementen oder die Depots toxischer Metalle. Summary Exposures to heavy metals are understood as depots of toxic heavy metals in various organs which do yet indeed not cause any specific symptoms of intoxication but cause disorders in the basic system according to Pischinger and in the specific immune functions. Apart from the block of basic functions due to phagocytosis through fibrocytes the heavy metals act as enzyme poisons in the field of resistance through inhibition of the RNA polymerases. In part the synthesis of IgG is thereby inhibited in part pathological immunoglobins are thereby formed. The exposures to heavy metals are mostly combined with deficiency in trace elements - therefore it is often difficult to decide which factor is the main reason for the disorders: the deficiency in trace elements or the depots of toxic metals. wt
