Die zentrale Bedeutung der HOT in der ganzheitlichen Behandlung von Augenkrankheiten

Abstract: Dr. med. K.-U. Marx Unna Zusammenfassung In der Augenheilkunde sehen wir in den letzten 10 bis 15 Jahren eine Zunahme chronischer Verläufe bei intensiverer Ausprägung des Erscheinungsbildes und eine Zunahme von Rezidiven. Es gilt über einen komplexen Denkansatz die Ganzheit des Organismus einzubeziehen um der Causa einer Erkrankung näherzukommen. Eine zentrale Bedeutung hat das MALT (mucosa associated lymphoid tissue) und damit der Darm als Immunorgan. Die Beziehungen zur Grundsubstanz zur hormonellen und vegetativen Regulation sowie zur heute so verbreiteten Viskositätsproblematik sind bedeutungsvoll. Im zentralen Blickfeld steht der Darm als Adaptationsort so daß als Basis-Therapie die Ernährung eingesetzt wird. Von den darauf aufbauenden therapeutischen Maßnahmen hat eine vorrangige Bedeutung die HOT was an Beispielen demonstriert wird. Ausgewählt werden Schwerstallergien Immunopathien im weiteren Sinne und zerebrale Insuffizienzen mit Beteiligung des Sehorgans sowie exsudative vaskuläre Prozesse der Netzhaut. Auf weitere Krankheitsbilder wird kurz verwiesen. Summary In the ophthalmology we register in the last 10 to 15 years an increase of chronic courses with more intensively marked symptomatology and an increase of recidivation. It is necessary to include the whole of the organism through a complex mode of thinking in order to approach the causa of a disease. Of central importance is the MALT (mucosa associated lymphoid tissue) and thus the gut as immune organ. The relations to the ground substance to the hormonal and vegetative regulation as well as to the today widely spread problems of viscosity are important. The centre is the gut as the site of adaption so that the Nutrition is used as basic therapy. Among the therapeutic measures based theraupon tha haematogenous oxidation therapy (HOT) is predominantly important as demonstrated at examples. Selected are most severe allergies immunopathies in the wider sense and cerebral insufficiencies with the organ of sight being involved as well as exsudative vascular processes of the retina.
