Retinaler Blutfluß nach Ginkgo-biloba-Therapie bei Fundus hypertonicus

Koza Leiter der Abteilung für Kryomedizin Medizinische Akademie Dresden Zusammenfassung In einer randomisierten plazebokontrollierten Doppelblindstudie an 24 Hypertonikern mit Fundus hypertonicus Stadium I nach Thiel wurde der Einfluß eines Ginkgo-biloba-Spezialextraktes auf die Netzhautdurchblutung und die Fließfähigkeit des Blutes vor und am 14. bzw. 22. Tag der Behandlung gemessen. Die Dosierung betrug 3 x 1 Filmtablette à 100 mg Spezialextrakt täglich. In der Plazebogruppe kam es zu keiner wesentlichen Änderung der Prüfwerte. Unter Verum besserten sich nach der sechswöchigen Therapie der Blutfluß in einer Quadrantenarterie bzw. der Gesamtblutfluß signifikant im Vergleich zu Plazebo die arterio-venöse Kreislaufzeit nahm signifikant ab. Bei den rheologischen Parametern zeigten die Erythrozytenaggregation und Erythrozytenfiltrationszeit tendenzielle die Plasmaviskosität eine signifikante Abnahme im Vergleich zu Plazebo. Retinal Blood Flow after Ginkgo Biloba Treatment in Fundus Hypertonicus: In a randomized placebo-controlled double-blind trial on 24 hypertensive patients with fundus hypertonicus phase I according to Thiel the influence of a Ginkgo biloba special extract on retinal blood flow and flowability of blood was measured before and on the 14. and 22. day of treatment respectively. The dose was 3 x 1 coated tablets each of 100 mg special extract daily. In the placebo group the values did not change considerably. Under verum treatment blood flow in the quadrant artery and the total blood flow respectively improved significantly in comparison to placebo. The arteriovenous circulation time de creased significantly. Concerning rheological parameters erythrocyte aggregation and erythrocyte filtration time showed a tendency to decrease and plasma viscosity demonstrated a significant drop in comparison to placebo. ab
