Kirschner Kurklinik Bad Neuenahr Zusammenfassung Die Kurortmedizin bietet ein breites Spektrum balneophysikalischer Maßnahmen kombiniert mit Verfahren der Bewegungstherapie der Krankengymnastik des Gesundheitssportes der Diätetik mit Entspannungstherapien der Gesundheitserziehung und des Gesundheitstrainings in einem strukturierten Therapiesystem an. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf naturgemäßen Heilmethoden. Die Summe der Reize durch "Anwendungen" muß verstanden werden als ein komplexes und systemisches Regulationstraining bzw. als komplexe Adaptationstherapie. Im Artikel wird dieses therapeutische System im einzelnen dargestellt. Das Therapiesystem ist angepaßt an ein systemisches Gesundheitsverständnis. Nach diesem dynamischen Gesundheitsverständnis ist Gesundheit eine Art geglückte Lebensbalance in der die psychosomatische ökologische Potenz im Gleichgewicht ist mit der ökologischen Valenz der Anforderungen in Umwelt und Mitwelt. Summary The medicine at health resorts offers a wide array of balneophysical measures combined with procedures of the kinesitherapy the physiotherapy (remedial gymnastics) sports for health purposes dietetics with relaxation therapies health education and health training in a structured therapy system. The centre are natural medical methods. The sum of the stimulations through "applications" must be understood as a complex and systemic regulation training or as complex adaption therapy respectively. This therapeutical system is in detail described in this article. The therapy system is adapted to a systemic health understanding. According to this dynamic health understanding health is a kind of life balance that turned out well and in which the psychosomatic ecological potency is in equilibrium with the ecological valency of the requirements in the environment and in the world one lives in and shares with fellow-creatures.
