Wirkung von Ginkgo biloba auf die kutane Mikrozirkulation

Jung Abteilung für Klinische Hämostaseologie und Transfusionsmedizin Universität des Saarlandes Homburg/Saar Zusammenfassung In einer randomisierten plazebokontrollierten einfach-blinden Cross-over-Studie an 2 Gruppen von je 10 anscheinend gesunden Probanden wurde der Einfluß des Ginkgo-biloba-Spezialextraktes LI 1370 auf die kutane Mikrozirkulation untersucht. In der ersten Phase mit 10 Probanden wurde eine Flüssigpräparation gegen ein entsprechendes Plazebo geprüft; in der zweiten Phase mit weiteren 10 Probanden wurde ein Festpräparat (Filmtabletten) im Vergleich mit der Flüssigzubereitung untersucht. Während in beiden Untersuchungen Blutdruck Herzfrequenz und die Kapillardurchmesser konstant blieben zeigte sich eine Stunde nach Einnahme der Ginkgo-biloba-Lösung eine signifikante Zunahme der kapillären Erythrozytengeschwindigkeit um 57% (p < 0 004); nach Einnahme der Filmtabletten erhöhte sich die Erythrozytengeschwindigkeit um 42% (p < 0 01 ). Das Maximum der Wirkung wurde bei beiden Präparaten etwa eine Stunde nach der Einnahme erreicht. Efficacy of Ginkgo Biloba on Cutaneous Microcirculation: The influence of the Ginkgo biloba special extract LI 1370 on cutaneous microcirculation was studied in a randomized placebo-controlled single-blind crossover study of two groups with 10 apparently healthy volunteers each. In phase 1 with 10 volunteers the liquid preparation was tested against a corresponding placebo; in the 2nd phase with 10 further volunteers a solid preparation (coated tablets) was tested compared to the liquid preparation. While blood pressure heart rate and capillary diameters stayed constant in both tests a significant increase of capillary erythrocyte velocity was measured both one hour after administration of the Ginkgo biloba solution by 57% (p < 0.004) and after the intake of tablets by 42% (p < 0.01 ).
