Zur Problematik des Wirksamkeitsnachwieses in der Homöopathie (Teil 2)

Abstract: Therapeutic success of homoeopathy often is considered as aplacebo effect by the opponents. Placebos are capable of causing universal effects. Variables of effectiveness as well as starting points of explanation and indications will be discribed. The investigation of apossible therapeutic difference between homoeopathy and placebo with the aid of recent controlle double-blind trials comes to the conclusion that in spite of a few difficulties homoeopathy has succeeded in prooving statistically significant results for some indications and drugs by means of epidemiological methods.
