Abstract: With help of materials from tumor cells from cancer patients have inoculations into goats been made under primitive conditions of the african bush. The diluted sera from goats have been used to vaccinate the donor patients. The results were very interesting and impressive in cases of skin tumors and Karposi sarcoma. It has been argued that enzymatic-cytotoxic antibodies against tumor cells can be raised with these methods. This publication has the aim to give hints for oncologists working in the field of tumor cell vaccination.
