Abstract: Based an the arithmetical and geometrical rules of Pythagoras and Euklid the attempt is made to find at the lowest mathematical level through Diophantos by means of approach "a common measure" for the biological medicine. As a rule according to Euklid rational and irrational numbers do not have a common measure. But exceptions confirm the rule!
