The Therapy of Diseases of the Hepatic and Biliary Ducts with a Herbal Extract

Abstract: With the treatment of diseases of the liver and the biliary ducts the incredients of Hepabene, Silymarin and Fumaria, complement one another in an additive way. Hepabene is more effective than either of its two components alone. During a one-year treatment of cholelithiasis and viral hepatitis type B, the lithogenity of the gall bladder was measurably positively influenced with Hepabene. Paroxysms occurred significantly more rarely. Also, a decrease of cirrhotic changes could be noticed. The health state of the patients improved not only in many objective parameters, but also in subjective ones.
