Regulation of extracellular matrix in tumor patients with regard to mistletoe infusion therapy

Abstract: Viscum album preparations are very effective adjuvants in cancer therapy. In vivo mistletoe preparations do not have any direct cytotoxic effect an tumor cells. Rather by activating the physiologically leukocytolysis viscum album activates the extracellular matrix throughout the body (»self healing potencies«). In this respect the infusion therapy with the mistletoe preparation Vysorel is very favorable.
