Allergiebehandlung mit der Gegensensibilisierung |
Abstract: In context with the theoretical preconditions for the so called counter-sensitisation after Theurer first of all the possible forms of over-sensitiveness are being briefly schematized.According to Coombs and Gell the oversensitiveness type I of the anaphylactical type, which is to be found in the atropical allergy is to be differed from type Il of over-sensitiveness of the cytotoxical type. To this form are, among others, the isoimmune reactions and the Rh-incompatibility to be coordinated. A third type, the over-sensitiveness, obtained as a whole is being observed at serum disease and a fourth type at the rejection of transplantates. The counter-sensitisation leads through corresponding stimulation of all these kinds of diseases to the formation of blocking anti-bodies, which does lead after finishing the treatment in a high percentage to clinical success. After the illustration of two especially impressive cases of multiple allergy the treatment of 3193 patients is being reported. At 1912 allergic persons with hay fever, where also lungs were involved, a clinical success could be obtained after one treatment with the counter-sensitisation in 87,8%. At 783 allergies of the skin, without taking into consideration the contact allergies, the result was positive at 87,0%, at other allergies, including the food allergy at 80%.At repeating the counter-sensitisation the results could only be improved by 5-7 %.
