Abstract: 1. The oxidation-reduction potential of the cytochrome a/3 (the so-called WarburgÂ’s Atmungsferment) is solely responsible for the physiological or pathological event.-, in each cell of the body.Already in 1938 Seeger discovered biochemically that any disease arises in the cell when there are disorders at the ferments mediating oxidation. The VESTA research led by Göring together with Seeger was able to demonstrate biophysically that alone Seeger ist right.The break-down of the oxidation-reduction potential of the cytochrome a/3 and of the catalase, the two being +29OmV each, is the beginning of every pathological event, of what we call disease. 2. The universal biophysical mode of action of the local anaesthetic procaine (trade name novocaine) in the neural therapy was clarified at the moment when we, the VESTA research, were able to demonstrate that the oxidation-reduction potential of the procaine and of other local anaesthetics i,9 +290mV.The effect must be seen in the fact that, the radiation (frequencies and amplitudes) of the local anaesthetic procaine fully restores the tension of the oxidation-reduction potential of the cytochrome oxydase at the original level. This process is going on for the reader most easily understandable according to the tuning-fork effect (principle of resonance).3. The mode of action of the ozone is the same as that of the sun and the therapies as: ionized oxygen, HOT, oxygen multiple step therapy according to von Ardenne.That means: We find the mode of action through the supply of external photons in the range of 13,6 eV which, when introduced into the body, cause a chain reaction. i.e. they effect the vitalizing process. The resulting oxygen ions of either polarity cause as initiators the stimulation of the metabolism in the cell; a process which turns pathological incidents into physiological ones.This process again occurs at the cytochrome a/3 and causes the metabolism to be stimulated and the residues of the metabolism to be eliminated from the cell4. The bonds in the ozone molecule can only be of a polar nature. Any atomic bond is impossible.
