Therapie mit Thymus- und Milzpeptiden

Abstract: The thymus organ plays the role as the brain of immunodefence and its peptides regulate the immunobalance between activation and suppression in a physiological adapted manner, which is influencing positively the organismic homoeostasis. Thymic- and splenic peptides foster the production of cytokines (interleukines, interferones etc.) and have harmonising influences on the endocrine system via releasing factors. The main indications for thymus- and splenic peptides are dysbalances of the immunodefence system and general resistence of the organism like immunodeficiencies caused by senescence, autoimmune diseases and malignacies.
