Abstract: From an optimized course of the treatment one hopes for a respective success of the therapy. However, unfortunately the practice often shows the opposite.The postulates of the regulation pathology more and more contribute that there are the necessary changes of paradigm in medicine. In this the dynamic-cybernetic way of looking at the vital processes favours the regulatory functions of the organism.Thus, failures of the therapy have to be defined as blocks of the regulation. Evaluation of the regulation can only be by diagnosis of the regulation. The diagnosed dysregulation can only be repaired by regulation therapy.The regulation thermography (Rost) documents the regulatory state of the patient. Thus, it makes a causal therapy possible an the basis of the individual form of regulation. Especially significant is the localization and dimension of the block of the regulation.
