Abstract: The symptomatology of dizziness occurs with an impulse discrepance from right to left of the organ of equilibrium, with the eye control and the proprioception of the vertebral column. The examinations according to Hautant, de Kleyne and the trial of positioning are discussed as Programme for diagnosis.The neural therapeutical influence is described through reflex transmission.The elimination of disturbing fields helps to remove blocks of the cervical vertebral column, the following chirotherapy is facilitated and recidivations are inhibited.
