Abstract: The homoeotherapy of the arthrosis deformans and finding its simile is demonstrated at examples.As regards differential therapy the following drugs come into question:- drugs causing changes in the organism -histiotropic/organotropic drugs- constitution = personotropic drugs- drugs that proved true in the medical practice with respect to the nature of pains.It is pointed out to making an individual therapy plan which should expedientially include also other natural treatments.The drugs are briefly described.
