Abstract: Some music has been described as relaxing or anxiety reducing; however, there are three aspects that seem vague. First, few studies have addressed the synchronization between the body's internal and external environment. Second, few studies have linked music with specific beats per minute with relaxation. Third, few studies have examined the effect of music on well subjects. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effects of 60 beats per minute music on test anxiety in junior baccalaureate nursing students. (16 ref)
