Abstract: Discusses the therapeutic value of using music therapy with adolescents. The therapist must ensure that participants are comfortable and do not feel threatened by high expectations or measures of evaluation. The process of music therapy helps enhance group skills by increasing trust among peers and improving self-esteem.
