Abstract: A report written from practice on the various aspects of music therapy with psycho-geriatric inhabitants of a nursing home. Aspects discussed are: subjects for songs, and movement, individual therapy, improvisation, song-repertory, and social workers as 'music therapists'. In the latter aspect a plea is made for the fact that every one working with these inhabitants can use music.
