Abstract: Music, storytelling, and humor are increasingly recognized as appropriate and effective interventions to help children cope with illness, hospitalization, and pain. Two pediatric nurses created an opportunity to collaborate on a project that offers songs, stories, and laughter to help children talk about the many emotional issues raised during hospitalization.
