Elektrostimulation der Ohrmuschel bei depressiven Verstimmungen - Erste Erfahrungen

Abstract: In patients with reactive-depressions, most likely also with somatic symptoms we stimulated the ear-lobe with alternating current of low intensity and low frequency. General relaxation introduced amelioration of the symptoms. Often a reduction of the dose of psychopharmacological drugs was possible. We believe, that this device is a good aid to treat depressions, when added to psychopharmacy.
