Die Behandlung des Asthma bronchiale mit der autohomologen Immuntherapie (AHIT)

Abstract: Obstructive lung diseases, especially bronchial asthma, drastically increase worldwide. The research programmers financed recently by Federal government for this section of the health services may show the urgency to find new possibilities to cope with the increase of immunogenically induced diseases of the skin and the respiratory tract. A possible solution of this problem be the autohomologous immunotherapy. The present work controls the efficiency of the autohomologous immunotherapy by comparing it to the reduction of the consumption of antiasthmatic drugs. In 65 cases a partially drastic reduction of drug consumption could be observed during or after the treatment. The following table shows the break down:It may be very encouraging that the consumption of systemic corticoids could be reduced by almost 90 % (relative to the exclusive administration of this drug group) and of inhalant cortisone derivatives by more than 85 %.
