Abstract: The psychic care of cancer patients must be an individual one and it depends an the stability of the basic personality of the patient suffering from cancer as well as an his knowledge of the nature and extent of his disease. The predominant objective of such care is to develop a confidence in the attending physician, to provide a basis for lifeful motivations and to stabilize the hope for healing or mitigation. Centre is the discussion between the physician and the patient.
