Abstract: Health food nutrition is optimally adapted to the needs of the human organism as demanded by the physiology of nutrition. In addition to this, it fulfills further demands of modern nutrition: it is not environmentally or socially harmful. Health food nutrition is based an a high proportion of herbal nutrient media, which are processed as little as possible.
