Behandlungsmöglichkeiten bei Erkrankungen der Wirbelsäule

Abstract: Especially the practitioner is often confronted with pain syndromes in case of diseases of the vertebral colum. There is a general consensus that physical therapy plays an eminent role in the treatment of syndromes related to the vertebral column. With respect to the possibilities of the reduction of substances that exhibit a strong effect also and especially the value of homoeopathic drugs must be emphasized in spite of lacking clinical studies. Considering the possibilities in a panel doctor´s practice the necessity of a therapeutical scale has again to be pointed out. A great number of homoeopathic drugs have empirically proved true in case of the varius diseases of the vertebral column, as for instance Cimicifuga racemosa, Hedera helic, Calcium fluoratum, Symphytum officinale as well as Strontium carbonicum. Thse are discussed with pharmaceutical and pharmacological data in a manner relevant to the practice, casuistries reflect the everyday practice.
