Abstract: The local treatment of neurodermitis is of secondary importance when the therapeutical measure is carried out at the site of action.The person suffering from neurodermitis has a hypersensitive skin reacting upon irritative stimuli; is allergic; does not tolerate certain food, is unable to cope with states of tension properly and leads them away via the skin. From this point of view; the neurodermitis is not a skin disease. The person suffering from atopy could principally react with bronchial asthma and cold. According to the afore-mentioned factors the neurodermitis is a disease of the human being in his environment due to: 11 hypersensitive skinallergene; especially food intolerance inability to cope with states of tension properly. If the person suffering from this disease succeeds in avoiding the triggering factors of the neurodermitis it will then heal completely.
