Abstract: In a natural movement man as a whole is intentionally directed towards dealing with the environment. In this he is only marginally aware of his physical functions. Traditional rules of breathing and exercise throughout consider there natural processes by including into their instructions sensational imaginations of widening. The respective movements are induced through directions to loosen. In constrast thereto, scientific training methods orietate people at the mechanics of isolated partial movements regulated and controlled through the directions to contract. The diffenences in the two types of training for optimizing physical exercises are shown and their sensori-motor conception is discussed.
