Milchsäurehaltige Lebensmittel als Heilmittel im Sinne von Hippokrates

Abstract: Hippokrates has said: Your foods must be your drugs, and your drugs must be your foods. The causes and consequences of the azidose are described.The fundamental biochemistry of the lactic acid will be shown. It is a difference between the L (+) and the D (-) lactic acid. Very important are the treatments of the lactic acid for man. Foods with lactic acid will he described, and it is shown their treatments as a medicament.
