Abstract: Research Institute of Human Bioklimatology Bratislava Following-up patients with asthma bronchiale during climatic stay in 1350 m above sea level climate increase of sympathoadrenal and adrenocortical activities (plasmatic cortisole at rest and during load tests free cortisole 11 and 17 hydroxycorticosteroids in urine). Increased adrenocortical activity was present among first 3 weeks of climatic stay. After 5 week of the stay Parameters returned to normal levels. These dynamic changes has to be concerned in climatic treatment among patients with asthma bronchiale mainly with corticosteroid use. hl
