Immunologische Reaktionsdynamik unter Kurorttherapie

Abstract: Aus dem Forschungsinstitut für Balneologie und Kurortwissenschaft Bad Elster Zusammenfassung Es wird die Reaktionsdynamik von Abwehrkomponenten des Blutes unter Kurorttherapie aufgezeigt. Dabei lassen sich zwei unterschiedliche Reaktionsmuster erkennen. Lymphozyten Lymphozytenfunktionen und humorale Abwehrkomponenten zeigen einen zweiphasigen Verlauf mit anfänglicher Suppression und einem Wiederanstieg zum Kurende. Die Phagozytosebereitschaft hingegen weist eine kürzerwellige Periodik auf. Die Reaktionsmuster werden mit neurohormonaler Steuerung bzw. vegetativen Umschaltungen in Zusammenhang gebracht. Beziehungen zwischen der Zeitstruktur immunologischer Adaptation Kurreaktionen Kurdauer sowie unspezifischer Resistenz werden erörtert. Summary The dynamics of the reaction of defence components of the blood under health resort therapy is shown. Thereby two different reaction pattern can be recognized. Lymphocytes functions of lymphocytes and humoral defence components show a two-phase course with initial suppression and a repeated increase towards the end of the cure. The readiness to phagocytosis however shows a shorter-wave periodicity. The reaction patterns are connected with neurohormonal regulation and vegetative commutations respectively. Relations between the time structure of the immunologic adaptation reactions of the cure duration of the cure as well as unspecific resistance are discussed. hl
