Rheumatologische Physiotherapie - Wechselwirkung von Rheumatologie und Physiotherapie1

Gemeinschaftssymposium der Gesellschaften für Rheumatologie der DDR und der VR Ungarn Weimar 1988 Zusammenfassung Zwischen Rheumatologie und Physiotherapie besteht in der Praxis eine Wechselwirkung die sich auf der Ebene Krankheitsbild - Therapieziel -Physiotherapieanwendung vollzieht. Diese Wechselwirkung ist der Inbegriff einer interdisziplinären Rheumatologischen Physiotherapie. Verlauf Befund und Phase des Krankheitsbildes bedingen folgerichtig eine verlaufsorientierte befundgerechte und phasenbezogene Physiotherapieanwendung. Im Mittelpunkt steht das Therapieziel differenziert nach präventiven kurativen und rehabilitativen Zielstellungen. Es besteht die Gefahr daß der Physiotherapeut die Krankheitsbilder zu wenig differenziert betrachtet und daß der Rheumatologe die Physiotherapiemittel zu wenig differenziert nutzt oder aber daß beide hinsichtlich der möglichen Therapieziele zu wenig übereinstimmen. Um dies zu vermeiden bedarf es einer Rheumatologischen Physiotherapie. Summary At the level of : clinical picture - therapeutic aim - physiotherapeutic application there is a practical interrelation between rheumatology and physiotherapy. This interrelation is the essence of interdisciplinary rheumatological physiotherapy. Adequate application of physiotherapy is the consequent result of progress findings and phase of the clinical picture. The therapeutic aim is the central issue with differentiated preventive curative and rehabilitative objectives. There is the possibility that the physiotherapist's way of considering the clinical picture is not differentiated enough. On the other hand the rheumatologist may not use the physiotherapeutic remedies in a sufficiently differentiated way or they do not sufficiently agree an possible therapeutic aims. To avoid this rheumatological physiotherapy is necessary. hl
