Abstract: The neuralacupuncture (NA) is a method for diagnosis and therapie of diseases caused by focus (according to Huneke) under application of normed stimulation of acupuncture needles.The areas for puncture are selected according to the principles of neuraltherapie and then treated with acupuncture needles. The first application of the needles is called acupuncture focal test (AFT). Around 80% of the positive AFT are phenomena in seconds. Testing the teeth 100 % of positive AFT are phenomena in seconds!69,9% of patients with chronic pain syndroms of locomotor system suspicious having a focus, had symptoms originated in such a focus. 75 % of these persons were considerably improved with NA.The basical principles of NA and statistical evaluations were published in 4 articles in the journals Â„Deutsche Zeitschrift für Akupunktur" 3/86, 6/86, 4/87 and 1/89.This article describes once more the principles of NA and AFT of the palatine tonsils, odontons and gynecological organs.The results were checked with measurement of the mobility, with the McGill Pain Questionnaire, with the UAB Pain Behavior Scale and with a placebo. These informations were treated statistically.
