Are there any changes left for health resort medicine?

Abstract: In the discussion an cutting down costs in the public health services, the health resort has become a point of controversy. However, considering the overproportional number of older people in the expenditure of the health service, the health resort and its concepts could achieve some relief in the situation. Besides this, important tasks for preventive health resort medicine exist.
